In order to run the program you will need to have the Microsoft .Net Framework version 2 installed.  If your system does not have this at the time of installation, the installer will attempt to download it from the Internet. 

The .Net Framework provides a common set of facilities that will be used more and more by software vendors to allow more rapid and reliable development of software for Microsoft Windows - read about it here.  If you wish to install it yourself before installing IOnYoo, then you may usually do this through Windows / Microsoft Update or by following the relevant link from our link to the Microsoft site.
