IOnYoo was born out of the idea of limiting the amount of time that selected programs could be run.  It allows you to do this by defining controls that include the number of minutes that the program is allowed to run, per day, per week and per month.  The per-day minutes can be set the same for all days in the week, the same for weekdays and different for weekends, or different for every day.

Now, it might at first seem that it would be easy to circumvent the time limit by running a program on one computer and then, when the time limit has been passed, going to another computer and apparently starting the time allocation again.  Well, IOnYoo caters for this situation and would not allow the program to be run on the second computer!
